All of your breakfast meal ideas look amazing. Most seem to work with oats. in the past I have eaten oatmeal for breakfast, there is a however, I can no longer eat them. There are now more than several that are no longer m one to eat. Hard to rethink a lifetime of foods.

Given the same amount of calories, it is no better than any other chocolate unless you need to slightly lower your blood pressure. Also, having breakfast early is overrated. :P

that is like saying that white bread is no different than whole wheat bread, the processing out the vitamins and minerals through the different process's for both foods does make a difference. It is not just added sugar versus non added sugar with the chocolate.

There is slightly higher fiber in wheat, otherwise, there is no other health benefit. Both dark and milk chocolate have added sugars, at the end of the day what matters is total calories consumed.

Do you believe in superfoods too? The difference between white/brown rice or white/wheat bread is negligible. Same goes for dark and milk/white chocolate. The only good thing I can say about those "healthier" options is that they definitely don't taste as good so maybe that would make them harder to overconsume.
