Two racks of ribs on the Oklahoma Joe's, dusted with salt, pepper, garlic, and a little steak house & Memphis rub. Can't wait to dig into these later!

Okie Joe held 225° for three hours straight without having to add anything to the fire, just a little adjustment on the chimney and firebox dampers kept the temperature in optimal range. Just pulled the ribs, holy guacamole, best ones yet.
