Happy Thursday to everyone! I'm sitting in front of Starbucks with my trusty avocados sitting in the passenger seat. I'm very happy with my stable weight, and am going to push the calories, and adjust at will. I am a bit ashamed of one thing today. I have a hangover. Not good!!!!!
Warren's Diet Tip of the Day: You really can't go wrong with healthy food. Try to avoid anything in a bag, box, or wrapped. Dang, just eat avocados! Lol Lately it has been Cashew Clusters, pistachios, almonds, avocados, and I got that blue cheese, and holland cheese or whatever it is. Strong, sharp, wonderful tasting cheese, it is! Have a great day!

I'm happy to say after a crazy night 1/17/2017 I have no desire to drink until drunk. Right now I'm sure one shot will get me light headed. Lol.

Avoid anything in a bag, box, or wrapped, you can't get more right-to-the-heart of it than that. Enjoy those avocados, brother, and don't forget, spinach is your friend, too.

Good gravy man! Sitting in a hot car with day one of a two day hangover does NOT sound pretty! Snarf one of your avocados. Isn't fat supposed to be good for a hangover? Or is it fat before to prevent one? I'm out of practice ;-)

Oh I finally got the joke! I'm kind of dense today. No my wife is at work instead of Kohl's. Lol Thank God! Went to Mall with Kathy, and she drags me into Victoria S., I hate going there. Women just wonder what you are doing there. It just gives me negative thoughts anyway.

You too, Suzy! I'm kind of out of sorts with my phone today. I did go to Apple and get a new protector screen, and it was only $40, so I was happy. I don't understand this site on my phone.
