Well Dr. appointment wake up call. time to start journaling and paying attention to what I eat.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If it was anything like my Dr's appointments you probably knew this going in. The key is to back up the statement you made about journaling with action. Good luck

I used to hate putting in my food but after awhile it becomes an addiction. It keeps you accountable, that's for sure. You can do it!!

yhea I do too but it gets lost every where else but not in the journal. I need a diary booklet I guess.
