This morning I have been trying to catch up the details of my food journal since returning from Hawaii. We had a fantastic 40th anniversary week. I actually ate well while gone and got in plenty of exercise and activity. The scales reflected that when I checked on Friday. The trip home was trying. We left on Thursday at 5:00pm and arrived here at home at 11:00am Saturday. We crashed as soon as we got home and woke up at 9:00pm and ran out and got pizza and beer. Soon as we finished eating, we got back in bed. That was a big mistake.

Now to get back to reality...
154.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1832 kcal Fat: 70.80g | Prot: 113.95g | Carb: 191.56g.   Breakfast: Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Kroger 100% Whole Wheat Bread (34g), boiled egg. Lunch: Seapoint Farms Dry Roasted Edamame - Lightly Salted, No Name Mixed Berries, Kirkland Signature Greek Yogurt. Dinner: Wish-Bone Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, Outback Steakhouse House Salad, Corn On The Cob with Butter, Pork Chop, Dinner Rolls. Snacks/Other: No Name Mixed Berries, Sara Lee Pound Cake Slices, Air Popped Popcorn. more...

Time changes like that are killers! Fortunately, it doesn't take long for your body to readjust, and you'll be able to get back to your normal routine. Glad you had a good trip, 40 years is truly a cause to celebrate!
