It's the salad Gotham deserves, but not the one it needs right now. So we'll eat it. Because it can take it.

Great salad I'm going to try it can you please tell me a good dressing.

The important thing to note about salad dressings is that they are usually high in calories (you can easily add 100+), fat and sugar content. Dressings with a higher sugar content tend to contain a higher carbohydrate content. I feel that, no matter what diet your adhere to, one should measure out the serving size. I was surprised at how much, a seemingly small amount, stretched over quite a large salad. That being said, I use a variety of dressings. I like Marie's brand that you can usually locate in the refrigerated section with the bagged salad at your local grocery store. The Blue Cheese, Caesar, and Creamy Italian Garlic all contain 1g of carbs per serving, but no sugar. The Creamy Chipotle Ranch has 1g carb and 1g sugar per serving. I I have tried and liked all of those. I did just pick up 2 that I have yet to try. Hidden Valley Ranch Bacon which has 2g carb and 1g sugar per serving and Wish-Bone Buffalo Blue Cheese which has 1g carb and less than 1g sugar per serving. You can also find some really great recipes to make your own. I tend to choose my dressing based on my salad ingredients (mostly what kind of meat and cheese I put in it). I'd say try what you think you might like and (again) make sure you measure out the serving size.

I like the Walden Farms zero everything dressing. They do have artifical sweetners but
herbs and vinegars no carbs calories fats, nothing.

Coffee scoops (@ the $ store) are 1/8 C = 2 Tablespoon = 1 dressing serving.
