A couple cups of black coffee and 2 baked chicken legs has me at over 500 calories for the day already.Makes me think of when I would eat 5 or 6 of them for lunch.lol I was never a big fan of tracking what I eat everyday but I'm starting to change my mind the more I become aware of things like this. Also read that most people can only lose about 2 lbs of fat a week unless they are really obese.Weight loss beyond that could result in muscle loss.Definitely not good.

I used to hate tracking too but it has made me very aware of where I need to change in my eating habits (which I still need to work on). Of course right now, I have to live within my means but hopefully my eating can get better in February. I wish I could join a gym so I can start heavy lifting. :)

Drag thanks, been trying hard to watch my carbs and get the most bang for my buck calorie wise with protein.
Arrevanthas lifting is awesome and definitely my favorite part of all of this.I hope you can get some weights or join a gym.You won't regret it!
