I ate poorly at 116% of goal yesterday. The week started well but later in the week I partook of foods and drinks I normally avoid. I ate too much pizza and drank Coke and beer. I enjoyed them but I'm over them for a while or at least until I get the pounds off. I met all activity goals. Have a Blessed Passover and Easter Everyone!!!
156.7 lb Lost so far: 28.3 lb.    Still to go: 1.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I know you will pop right back down next week. That is what you do so well. You can indulge for a day and then be right back on track rather than having a runaway train!

Look at it this way, that just means you stay at 96% of your goal for the next 4 days. no biggie. Besides, ya gotta have a bit of pizza and a beer from time to time, its a law I think. :D :P You got this!

Your human, we've all done this at some point or another. Get back on track and stay focused.....Try to eliminate the beer as it will single handedly sabotage a diet/healthy lifestyle. Take care of yourself and good luck.....Happy Easter !

Thanks Adamevegod1, HCB, JLente and Wright2018!!! I appreciate your support. You are right, I'm not ready to panic. I do need to make a slight correction and who doesn't from time to time. I worked out today and need to eat under goal for a few days and hope I loose some body fat.

No big deal Sweetie fluid retention it will drop off. The way I look at it you just borrowed from today. Now you give them back by eating less today have a great weekend!

No way through it so get back to it. Me too! I’ve got a dinner to attend tomorrow. They eat all the wrong food. My best friend since we were 4. Oy vey, holidays are hard.
