Methinks my body is trying to tell me something... either "Try harder." or, possibly, "NOOOOOOOOOO!"
226.2 lb Lost so far: 145.7 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's a loss of over a pound. I seem to be able to post only fractions. You lost about 10 pounds in February if I calculated correctly - more than 3x what I did!

I hear you... at this point (and I'm surprised it hasn't truly come sooner) I'm starting to think my body will argue with my brain's desire to make 184 a reality.

Dude, your starting to hit the wall. Happened to me when I got to 220 lbs. It does get harder from there in. I would imagine burning fat follows the same principle as a water flowing. It takes the path of least resistance. Just keep doing what you are doing. Your body will give in
