I want to thank my Fitbit friend who challenged me during the holidays. I sent him a rely stating, "13 January, 2018". That was the day I hoped to catch up with his steps and secretly I wanted get back in the Blue zone. Time snuck up on me and I was getting concerned that I would not be in the Blue zone by that date. January 13 is today and to my surprise I made it. I would have liked to be under my set weight of 154 but I'm pretty happy to be under 155; my real goal weight. Praise GOD!!!


Now, I'm excited about next week. I plan to go into BEAST MODE. Yep, I want that six pack the ladies love but I want it for me. I have never had strong abdominal muscles and didn't think it was possible especially at my age. I now think differently. Yesterday I ate under goal again and met all daily activity goals. Cya, I gotta go work my core...
