I made it to the gym yesterday. I had an intense upper body and ab workout. I had a grilled T-bone steak and my wife prepared the veggies for dinner. I skipped the apple pie but I did eat two fun size Snickers. Today is the first time I have been in the Blue zone all week...
155.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Amgwilder, The Blue zone is the line under my name indicating my weight loss status on Fatsecret. I'm in maintenance so I have my weight goal and status line setup so that it turns green instead blue if gain one half pound over my true goal. My set goal is actually one pound lower than my real goal. It lets me know when I need to take action. I use it to keep me motivated...
