As our good buddy April would say (wink, wink)..."Hmmmmmm", lol. No worries though John, you're quick to notice weight outside your "window" and quick to react. SIDEBAR: Maintenance (in my opinion) is not keeping a static weight as we are ALWAYS either gaining or losing weight and fat (if we're lucky gaining just small amounts)...my maintenance is based on keeping the weight and body composition within a narrow range IN SPITE of life's ups and downs, social events, vacations, etc. Just my opinion of course, but I've seen it work with myself and many good examples (above members included) here on FS.

Thanks guys, no worries here and I'm on it. I'm not a hero. I'm a Fatsecret member who tries to practice what I suggest to others in maintenance. I keep logging and tracking everything to the best of my ability. That is how I'm able to notice changes and respond. You guys rock, I appreciate it and Steven stated it well in his sidebar. Being in maintenance does not mean one has it made. IMO, it's just the opposite. That's when the real work starts. Whether, loosing weight or trying to maintain your goals, keep at it. Keep trying, logging and tracking...
