We returned home last night from visiting my sister in Atlanta for her birthday. We woke up this morning to a power outage due to ice storms. I have been off plan since Friday. I have a habit of packing snacks to eat during the drive and I tend not to monitor my intake. We ate out for dinner every night at some upscale restaurants. My activity was at a minimum all weekend.

The result is a spike in weight. Exactly how much is a guesstimate and my entry today is based on my weight late last night after driving and eating all day. We are on generator power now. I may revise my weight entry after I peel off several layers of clothing needed this morning...
158.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're more disciplined, so I know this is just a hiccup. It happens to me most times I travel to see my grandkids, which all live 100s of miles from us.
