Draglist's Journal, 14 February 2017

Woke at 216.4, down 1.0 from yesterday. Waited for a few hours for the hospital to call and say they had a bed for me. I had a big breakfast of the remaining perishable food in the house and walked 3.5 miles while waiting. They finally called me in but after a 1.5 hour drive, they called and said that one patient could not be released after all! So, after some blood tests and a bit of waiting for them to try to make something happen, they sent us back home. I took the opportunity to top off my five miles and then we had a light dinner. Before that I got an amazing 210.4 weigh in. Interesting that it was after a large breakfast and a light lunch. Ended the day over 2600 calories. Will do close to 600 tomorrow and then will catch up on Thursday. Back to the hospital tomorrow.

That's a bit of a pain Bill, waiting, bed, no bed. But you seem to have it all in hand. Good luck my friend. You also seem to have settled into a great place with your eating. Fluctuations, yes, but on the whole you know what you are doing and how to fudge things when needed :) .
