Well, I was wrong. The Falcons lost and diet-wise it was a disaster but all very enjoyable. That was an outstanding comeback by the Pats and afterwards I wanted comfort foods. I ate 173% of my set caloric intake. Congrats Pats fans!!! I'm getting back on plan...
155.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
