We went to Outback Steakhouse last night for dinner. I woke up heavier than I have been in a while this morning. It's official, I'm coming out of Maintenance and returning to Weight Loss mode. I'm lowering my RDI back down to 1600 calories until I'm back in the Blue. That's 100 calories higher than my old Weight Loss RDI. While I'm tweaking my settings, I'm adjusting my goal weight up by half a pound to 154 pounds to better monitor my true goal of 155 pounds...
156.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
