1771 kcal Fat: 92.62g | Prot: 128.50g | Carb: 101.68g.   Breakfast: Kroger Traditional Turkey Sausage Links, Egg Beaters All Natural 100% Egg Whites, Borden Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Ketchup, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg. Lunch: Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil, Arnold Extra Grainy Bread, Swiss Cheese, American Cheese, Bob Evans Lettuce, Tomato and Pickle. Dinner: Cooked Collards (Fat Added in Cooking), Potato Salad, Fried or Battered Breaded Floured Shrimp, Shrimp, Wal-Mart Tilapia Fillets. more...
