Been a lot of back and forth on this low-carb eating. I'll do good for a few days, then find myself binging on sugar. I'm trying to not cheat and really stick with it. Got my meals planned for today, and feeling good! Gym has been going well. I've been going 3-4 times a week, working my way up to 5 days a week, eventually 2 times a day. It's just hard to keep the gym schedule I want with a young family, but I'm determined to make it work! My parents got me an activity tracker this weekend--I walked almost 15,000 steps yesterday!! This was 2 gym trips and a quick stop at the grocery store, plus my regular routine. I'm thinking I should have no problem getting in 10,000/day.
