Woke at 207.2, up .6 from yesterday. Regularity issues. Those were solved quickly after water and apple cider vinegar, Essiac tea, and then coffee. Did six miles outside on a beautiful day and came back to grab a great 200.8 weigh in. I get 1822 calories today. Went to see Denise sing at our county ArtsFest event, then we grabbed some drinks and a nice salad afterward. She gets to sing at our local AA baseball game tonight, so will go see her there, too. Yes, a few beers will be involved -- it’s a baseball game, after all! I came to a conclusion this afternoon: there is precious little that two Long Island iced teas and a sunny afternoon can’t cure!
