Yesterday's food intake was a little different. I ate reasonably well calorie wise but it was one of those rare days when my protein intake was much higher than my usual carb intake. It's been my goal. Usually it's only close at best. I don't really focus on eating high fat. I pretty much accept what amount of fat I eat daily without a goal in my mind. I still had a weight loss this morning so I'm thinking it was the high protein and low carbs that was responsible. Since I have increased my calorie intake as part of my maintenance, it seems that keeping my protein up is just as important as not consuming too many calories...
152.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
