Did well with eating Monday. Not so great yesterday, but went to my Piloxing class again. So that really helped. Seeing a new low in the scale is very motivating. Will have to look back at my history because I know it's been a long time since I was this close to 200. So looking forward to breaking that barrier!!! Just gotta stay on track. Prepping meals is so helpful to my success. There's no wondering what I will eat because I already know. I just have to stick with it rather than choosing to eat out with my coworkers. I know it's one day at a time, sometimes one meal at a time, but I'm getting it. :)
204.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 74.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
