What the heck? Both IDIOT BOXES said 169.8 - I have not seen 160's in years!

I guess my TWEAKS were in the right direction and lifting heavier is working!

As my buddy Lotusblossom2112 said today, "HOLY CRAP, IT WORKED!"

TRUTH! (as the young kids at work say when they agree with something lol) I really need to get a digital scale - I need to know if I am really losing or if my scale is just BS...that would be disappointing! Good Job Buddy!!
