Woke at 213.2, down 1.0 from yesterday morning and down .6 from my post workout weight last night. That’s always a good sign. Ate a little over 900 calories at work and came in the door famished at 7 pm. Weighed in at 212.4 and then did 35 minutes of HIIT treadmill to top off my Fitbit minimums for the day. Got a 210.8 weigh in afterward. Doing my new target of 1825 calories a day. Ate 1822 and hit my macros almost perfectly. Happy with the progress thus far after two days.

That's so cool! Sounds like a fun avocation. I've never been to a drag race, but six months ago I got a car that seems like she really wants to be in one.
