I'll keep lifting with you. I enjoy it. Someday I have to get back to cycling but now it is cold so not today. LOL

You're at the very end, which can be hard, I think not to go the opposite direction. Routing for you. You can do this! Glad you had a great time this weekend!

The mirror doesn't lie, while the Idiot Box tends to 'manipulate' . . .

So many things can affect what the scale reads at any given time. Go with what you see in the mirror, keep it up!

Hey, John. A fellow who used to be on these boards made the comment that it's hard to not see movement on the scale. It is. I think what you're seeing is glycogen/water weight and the other side is the depletion of the same. I love lifting. It's routine now and a habit. I don't know any longer how I used to sit on the couch and eat chips and drink pop all the time. What a ludicrous lifestyle. I still have those old addictions, but I've largely quit submitting. Strong, fit, lean, and healthy are more important than weight in my books.

Also remember muscle weights more than fat, if your working out and putting on muscle density, you may see less weight loss, on your scale but fat density is still going down.
