Off to a good start! However, I can't give my diet all the credit. I was also sick this weekend. I would eat something and in just a little bit, feel very nauseated and overall yucky. Wondering if maybe I need some probiotics, so I'm gonna try some florastor. I've hurt that has some not-so-pleasant side effects. But I'll deal with it. Gonna try to get in some walking this evening.
