Not as much weight gain this weekend. None gained from yesterday and Sunday is usually my worst day. I'll take it as a good start for this week. I plan to make this a week of moderation. My body is sore and needs to recover so I will try to feed the muscle more protein...
158.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
