Another day where things went right according to the script. Woke up at 199.8, which showed the potential for 197 something after 16:8 and a workout. Did an hour on the treadmill and got down to 197.6. Time for a big Greek yogurt brunch with lots of goodies in it and then some turkey burgers later. Enjoy your Sunday!

its amazing how well you have done so proud of you and thanks for encouraging words ,, with being sick for so long and no extra energy and with the knee replacement the pain was more then I ever dream I had definitely goting in a rout ,,, yes I need not to pass an outing if I can truly help it ,,, cause I wasn't feeling all up to it ,,, but boy did I ended up having a blast thanks so Much <3 sweet dreams <3

May I ask the name of your scales? I'll be buying a new one soon and want one that tells me all that too. Oh and roughly how much please:-) i'll be buying one in europe so there might be a slight difference give or take.

Thanks bill! I looked them up on amazon they are 119 now only problem is amazon doesn't ship to the country i'll be living in. But surely a shop should have them.
