Wednesday night's indulgence at the Kennedy Center Rooftop Terrace restaurant is still with me. Morning weigh in of 205.8, despite a sub 1500 calorie day followed by a hard hour on the treadmill last night. Did the crime. Now I gotta do the time!

August 2014 plan. Going to continue with base 1840 calorie per day plan, but will eat more if workouts take me above 2700 calories burned on any one day. This will allow maximum fat metabolization as I attempt to hit 192 and 10 percent body fat by September 1.
205.8 lb Lost so far: 119.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Draglist, I swear, you and I both get slapped in the face so fast from such brief and minor infractions. What's the deal? Are we super sensitive to the whole "Carb/water retention" thing? Is it, as I stated yesterday, that our bodies are so glad to have calories that they just grab onto anything extra and cling for dear life? I sure wish I knew the answer, but I feel for you. Admittedly, you seem to bounce back more quickly than I do. Excellent plan of action, my friend!
