Up to 215.8 waking weigh in after big eating a Super Bowl Sunday and then 1800 IIFYM adjustment day on Monday. Still adjusting the extra carbs and fat today.
215.8 lb Lost so far: 109.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's such a struggle at times. Weight up, adjust, weight down. Enjoy life, weight up, adjust, weight down. But I guess maintenance will be like that too won't it. Life is never static and at least now you have the tools to handle life's ups and downs. How are you doing anyway?

Busy can be good but it can also derail you, not giving you enough time to look after yourself. Hope the new plan works. It's scary to me, you were doing so well with the Chow method :) Good luck dear. Enjoy yourself on Wednesday. I think you are just having too much fun right now. Life is good, isn't it. And yes I am counting down the days, hours and minutes to Florida. And trying not to realize that it will be over before I realize it too.

You sound great Bill, and that is what counts. It doesn't matter how we look if we feel like crap :) I have every faith that you will get to maintenance very soon. And that is a whole other Toad's Wild Ride. Looking forward to doing that myself soon too.

Positivity!!! I have wide fluctuations much like yours. When I used to do indulgence days it generally took me an entire week to see a new low again. I myself have no idea how much I really ate on Super Bowl. Each pizza I had some of though was LOADED with CHEESE ... which I love but I imagine it is going to take a few days for that to process through my system. Love your attitude.
