Expected the increase...i thoroughly enjoyed my holiday and the food lol...my husband made ol'skool mac and cheese, baked beans and grilled jerk chicken... i made an incredible praline-topped baked french toast for the following day... and i could guess that a serving of that was 1000 calories..lol... give or take a hundred. so i'm actually pretty happy the damage wasn't worse.. so i'ma be real and post it even though i don't plan to stay here.

I'm drooling...mac and cheese AND grilled jerk chicken?! You're a lucky lady to have your husband make such tasty food!!! Don't worry, soooo many people gained over the holidays. I'm afraid to weigh in haha Have a fantastic weekend, Naiomy :)

@ Tubbs Thank you!... i wasn't gonna actually post a weigh in till the end of the week to give me time to recover.. but i figured who the heck cares.. i'm not doin this for anyone else but me.. and i'm just glad i didn't gain more lol... and yes we murdered that food.. lol

I did the same thing, even though I know my gain is more like 2 or 3 pounds and not the 6 that the scale said, but I needed a recentering point to kick the new year off!

yeah my sodium was really high i'm sure.. so i'm working on the water intake... i'm sure i'll be down a pound or two by tomorrow... DAMN that 165 is so far away!!! lol @ tubbs... glad i could be of service..lol.. i have to remind myself sometimes its not about making a pretty chart, its about documenting what i did and what i need to do different :)

no thank god..he's really good about helping me with my diet.. he'll grill fish and chicken for me and make veggies.. but it was a holiday :)
