Another low cal day and 346 calorie workout. Hoping for more in the morning. Three days until my one year anniversary with FatSecret! Aiming for 225 but that might be a bridge too far.
233.2 lb Lost so far: 91.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hey, its good to have a goal. Better to have a toenail on that bridge that to think you will never get there. And happy anniversary but I'll say it again on Wednesday. I think my anniversary is in July sometime and I think it will be 2 years - yikes. 2 years and I'm still not there yet, but this time, oh this time, I think I have a handle on things. This 2 meal a day thing, or IF, is fabulous. Nice to have you on my buddy list too. Lets push for that bridge, I'll be in your cheering section! Go Bill!!!

OMG Bill, my anniversary was May 31 - and I missed it. I have been on this blessed site for 3 years - can you believe it? I need to get a life!

OMG - imagine being the same weight as you were at 19 - that's quite the goal but I am sure achievable as you have done so well already. And yes your sister's visit set you back a wee bit but you had fun and the 'diet' will always be here, as will FS :). Good luck! (but I don't think you need any :) Almost 92 lb lost already - remarkable !!!!
