Had lots of nice food on Saturday and Sunday. Ate light today, but weigh in was 249.0. But the inches have been lost. Looking for a new low by Friday afternoon.
249.0 lb Lost so far: 76.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
