Up one pound to 250.0, but that's frankly due more to regularity issues than anything else. Missed my first fast day yesterday but did not go over too much. Will fast (600 cals) and work out today. Should be lighter later today.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
