Ok... NAILED IT. Another a 500 calorie early day and a 300 calorie workout let me hit my goal for the month at 250.0. Actually got to move the slider thing on the scale for the second time during this adventure! AND I get the GREEN BAR from FatSecret! Bitchin'!
250.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
