Lost another pound. Exceeded my calorie limit on Saturday and pulled back a bit on Sunday (at least 500 of the calories were alcohol, which I find is not as costly in weight gain). After the weekend, will resume exercise today.
253.2 lb Lost so far: 71.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
