Ate a lot of junk on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Had a detox day yesterday, but still gained 1 net pound. That's OK... bought new jeans today and had to get 42 waist... first time since 1993!
270.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
