Freaking 279. Had a cheat day yesterday but only ate 1300 the day before. Ate very low cal today (so far). Blood sugar reading of 102 is small consolation.
279.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
