I think Gym and I need to come to an understanding.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 148.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you still walking? I haven't walked in my neighborhood for at least 2 months, once my allergies got really bad. Hopefully, once everything dries up here I'll be able to walk if I get out early enough in the morning. I miss the walks, anywhere from 3.5 to 10 miles!

@TomLong - perhaps, but I'd feel better if he and I were on the same page (strength conditioning, not bulking up); @Fritzy_22 - yep, still walking (just can't snap pics in a patient area), usually 3.3 or 3.4 miles five days a week.
