Count down to facing my home scale. I have been enjoying my visit with my Granddaughter. I did some late night snacking but I was slightly over goal before I started. I ate "Poorly" at 123% of goal and met all activity goals...
155.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
