I worked out doing yard maintenance, ate under goal, met all activity goals and body fat percentage is down. This is the first time I have been under my set goal weight since Dec. 12, 2017...
153.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
