so far ive only went over a few grams over the recomended 50 carbs today. back on track. i am so happy my son is coming to visit me on may 5th & hes gonna help me paint my kitchen. it has alot of cracks in it. ive been crying tears of happiness. i havent seen him in about 6 years & that was during my dads funeral so i am very happy
