Happy Weekend, my Fabulous Followers!

Is it possible I found the "magic macros" for me? Idiot Box is moving.

I just ordered some Know Foods pasta made from chick peas. The nutrition information on the website says "1/2 cup" - which I assume means the dry pasta uncooked.

Anyone out there familiar with this product? It also says to just drop it in boiling water for a couple minutes and then rinse immediately so not to overcook it.

Short Range Goals:

* Movement down on the Idiot Boxes while retaining muscle by year end 2018
* Bodyfat % reading with trainer in late MAY, 2018
* Drink at least 12-14 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days

*Longer range body fat goal is 22% - which at my age is great!
*Maintain 160lbs staying under goal weight by end 2018/early 2019
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts

Yay! Happy to hear you may have found magic macros! I can't eat chickpeas so don't know about the pasta, but someone on here does. I remember seeing a picture and wondering about it. Or was that you HCB? Lol!

I thought I saw someone mention it on Phooka’s feed?🤷🏻‍♀️But I’m not sure we all look for pasta substitutes so often. Let us know if it tastes good!🙋🏻

Not sure about that brand but I would check it for doneness so it's the way you like it. I love chickpea (besaan flour) noodles and other things made with the flour. 1/2 cup is usually the standard serving of cooked pasta but check the package. Happy for you that you have found a good "macros" for you.

@ DRAGLIST - Hi Bill - I started watching grams more than the percentages. I am staying between 1150-1300 calories. FAT 70 grams or less, PROTEIN 100 grams or more, and CARBS 50 grams or less. Percentages vary but usually around 45/35/20
