Still holding the line at 192#, Keeping under is harder than the loosing...Good luck Fatsecret warriors !!!!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 235.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

See that is exactly what I'm concerned about....if you have tips on how your doing it please inform me,,, I'm close to goal...not sure if when I reach 135 lbs that I might go 5 more lbs. down...to me its more about how I feel... and look at a certain weight..as I get older I feel a few lbs heavier is better...and less wrinkles show... ha ha ... have a wonderful day:)

@maxie4 I set my goal to be under my actual goal,200# then I lost more weight, a few extra #s, So if I wanted something special to eat,I would still be under goal and not beat myself up for indulging in the forbidden foods..Have done this for awhile now...Seems to work

Yep I was thinking of the same thing DO N OK just drop to 130 or 127 and keep in mind anything near 135 its time to get more focused...I'm working on recipes from keto connect so when I reach goal going to individually try them out see if the affect me as one on my food sensitivities....its a work in progress I know glad your at maintenance so there is someone to turn too lol.
