Good job.
I believe that men PMS way harder than women... you just don’t have a physical reminder telling you that your body is going through some hormonal cycle...
I started noting my BF’s mood swings and they were almost like clockwork... it was about 8 days every month where he seemed more irritable and stressed out easily and cussed more about things like dropping a sandwich or the dog getting into the trash...

Cranky.. on a side note. you have done amazing. You have fought to keep going even when your life and the life of others has thrown you curve balls. you are doing more than a lot of us including myself. Very very inspiring. Keep up the Awesome progress :)

Yeah we nick named my hubby Walter...Jeff Dunhams cranky puppet...Water is hilarious.... hubby just laughs...he said I'm 62 I'm gonna be cranky sometimes lol Btw...its not all about me...geez... thats a fantastic drop and continued success to you sir:)
