SECOND DAILY JOURNAL: Fasted all day except for black coffee and water (and an Instaketone bar). Weighed 218.6 at 7 pm, so actually heavier than my waking 218.4 weight despite not eating for the second day in a row! Blood ketones were 2.2 before dinner so ketosis keeps on rolling along. Ate a big dinner but it was OMAD, so just 1386 calories today. Lost .3 pounds of body fat per the Tanita, although the Omron said I had a higher body fat percentage than when I awoke! There clearly are some errors in the calculations, no doubt resulting from hydration levels like any other BIA measurement.

cherik,Omad is a intermediate fasting technique, one meal a day then you fast inbetween
