Hi Michelle, I just started following you. Also this is only my 2nd week on Fs, I’m still learning, and looking what everyone is eating. Your struggles, and Journal entry’s have inspired me, and encouraged me to continue on. I am 5 Ft 1 “ tall and 259.6 weight I lost 5.6 first week. I’ve been overweight for 31 yrs. I sat my goal to 199 I really want to see under 200 on the scale, I will probably cry! Keep up the good work, even when you eat real icing, or whatever we cheat we have to keep going. You’ve lost so much weight, I have no doubt that you will make you lowest goal. Thanks for your encouragement! Good luck God bless

Patty.. Still have a cough .. I am getting there my tonsils have been giving up tonsilits and lymph nodes are going back up as my tonsils are processing... They had went down til the tonsillit drop.. Part of the process of me getting better I guess. I also have laryngitis now if I could keep my mouth shut and my throat moist it might feel better but the dry air of winter isn't helping

Murph- I am giving myself one more week.. Of course today I wanted to eat everything this morning then this afternoon I didn't want anything. Been having phases

Nanag- thank you very much. . Sometimes the struggle is real especially holidays and when you get sick (darn flu season), but we can all I this. I would love to see 199..I can't remember ever seeing that.. I would have had to have been in middle school

Another fun thing.. I am thinking not this up coming month but the next to get a gym membership and a few sessions with a personal trainer, so I can learn. We have a free gym at work but I'm always nervous to use the equipment

Michelle, I used to be afraid of gym equipment and embarrassed to try. Once you do it a few times, you will love it! I am in a small town that does not have the equipment, so I stick with my own elliptical, treadmill, and bike. You go, girl!

Mairsey- I live in a small town too, but for some reason we have multiple gyms I haven't been in any of them, but the closest to my house is the biggest. I don't want to go there, because it is big and a lot of people go there. There is a little ma and pa 24/7 place and I think I will go there. Lol

Honey, that's a great plan about going to a gym, you'll feel good about yourself and it will take your mind off things. You'll be sore at first but you will learn to love it. Take care and keep in touch.lol

Michelle, check out ExRx.net if you want to learn a little before going to the gym. It’s a huge site, but includes 1600+ descriptions and animations of exercises divided by muscles worked. You’ll learn some lingo and anatomy, which helps.
