Ok I thought it was going to be more difference lol ... but it doesn't matter, I know it doesn't seem like much but here is a comparison of how I'm doing so far. The truth I feel more difference than what you see in the photos.

You know me I tell like it is, lm not going to follow the pact and say oh you look great when you really don't cause that's not fair to you and how will you get better!
So here it is straight from the Murph..There is a difference from your face on down a very noticeable one,😁

When you feel it sweetie and your full of this passion for your journey that to me is what counts. When I gain weight as I add on the lbs I have found that I don't really look at my body as I do when I'm happy with my weight.
As you get closer to your goal you will see it because you will enjoy viewing yourself more and more but until then you should keep up what your doing because its working in all perspectives for you.:)
