Woke at 217.2, up 1.8 from yesterday. Have not checked ketone levels in a few days. The extra calories experiment continues. UPDATE: Ate one of those great Cobb salads from downstairs for lunch. Will do another stuffed green pepper at home. UPDATE: Walked four miles at a US Coast Guard base to little avail -- came home at 217.0, just .2 lighter than the morning weigh in. Going to have to log last Tuesday's 214.0 as the low for the week. Haven't given up on eating the extra 200 calories per day this month but haven't seen the results yet. Still staying with relatively keto level carbs. Salad and green peppers combined for 22 net today. Not bad. WIll measure ketones in the morning. Dinner out tomorrow night and again on Thursday. Fun challenges!

Ketones were 1.9 took tablespoon of coconut oil, retest an hour later 3.9! Amazing science!
