Broke the 400-pound-barrier! Nice.

2.39g carbs today. Also nice.

Making low-carb egg noodles tomorrow, so carbs might be less crazy low. Going into the week with momentum is great though.

Don't get chance to cook much in this facility, but an understanding ex-fatty in the kitchen is slipping me some "egg product". Better take advantage of opportunity. Golly, do I miss pasta. Carbquik, save me from hospital food!

I had no yolk egg noodles for dinner. Kept it at one cup which keeps the carbs i check. When it comes to egg noodles with butter and parmesan, I can eat a whole pot, but I was proud of myself today. My nutritionist says I can eat the things I like by just keeping small portions and have larger portions of vegetables and a fruit. Hoping this will be a way of life.

Does anyone know how to overcome the problem of typing the word nutrisystem every time I search for one if their products to add to my daily intake? Its a pain.

congratulations, PbSULAK. Could you share a recipe or website for the low carb noodles, please? Not wanting to hijack your entry, but I can't find a way to reply to the queston Hemorse asked above, so I thought I'd answer it here in case they check back and see it. When you type the word Nutrisystem the first time, highlight it and copy it (you can right click and choose "copy" from the menu that opens, or just use the keyboard shortcut CTRL+C); then when you need to type it again, just paste instead (right click and scroll down to paste, or CTRL+V). Keyboard shortcuts are your friend!

Thanks Everybody for the support! These Noodles are a great deal better after dried & frozen. Texture less fluffy. Recipe from Carbquik/Tova Website, though I didn't have real eggs to use. Have really limited budget while I'm here at Nursing/Rehabilitation place. When I get out though, I think Carbquik will make life a bit more bearable. I've made most of the Carbquik biscuits in the microwave because I only get a few minutes every few days to use a stove in Occupational Therapy. Surprisingly, the microwaved biscuits turn out pretty good, or at least good enough for Carquik biscuits & gravy. Thinking about trying some Pancakes because I haven't had any in like a year, though I'll probably just be throwing some baking mix in some "egg product" with a splash of "Davinci Sugar-Free Maple Syrup". Received the syrup by accident, but might as well try it in it's intended role. As I have just recently REALLY, REALLY come to love Avocados, I'd like to make some kind of Avocado muffin/scone/? OMG: Avocado-Bacon Scones... Will have to try something like this: https://thegrantlife.com/bacon-avocado-scones/ Most good Carbquik recipes include heavy cream. Just too many carbs in it for me. But I'm gonna get me some bacon, avocados, real butter & baking powder at the end of the month.
