Losing weight again, I think getting my sodium levels down is helping, not sure or less snacking...i will keep at it and do a weigh in soonâș😺

I hear you Mskestrela. Its super busy season here at work.... Trying to get pounds off. Will try to somehow implement some exercise in, struggling on that front, the humidity this year is worse than usual, even at night its bad, suppose to get rain this weak, hoping for the best. I come alive in the rain and cooler weather ;)
